What our customers have to say:

Hi! I just wanted to let you know I tried your pasta this past week (from Lakewinds Market in Chanhassen, MN). WOW -- seriously AMAZING!! I'm a nutritionist and I have tried pretty much all healthy pastas on the market and this truly is the best & healthiest I've had so far. Great job and I hope to see it offered in more stores nearby in the future! Kait” Chanhassen MN

For best results here are some tips on making great Dr. Noodles Pasta every time:

  • 3-4 quarts of hard boiling water

  • Put frozen pasta directly into water and hit timer

  • Fettuccine time is 4 minutes

  • Spaghetti and elbow macaroni are both 7 minutes

  • Stir, stir, stir, you won’t break it!! The pasta is frozen together and if you regular stir it the pasta comes apart quite easily and makes great pasta every time!

  • Add salt or oil to pasta as you are making it is a personal choice, not necessary

  • Strain when done, rinsing is not necessary since the starch left on the pasta helps to grab the flavor of your sauce into the pasta. Rinsing will not hurt the pasta

  • We usually add organic butter or an oil on pasta when strained so it doesn’t stick together

  • Eat and enjoy with your favorite pasta meal, tastes like real pasta!
